Our story began in 1985 when Scott Watson, just 18 years old, stepped into the HVAC trade under the guidance of Noel Clayton. After nearly four decades of hands-on experience and a commitment to honest, reliable service, Scott officially took over the company in 2022, continuing a legacy built on quality workmanship and hometown values.

We are a family-owned and operated HVAC company based in Frankfort, Kentucky, conveniently located off US Hwy 127 at 140 Hahn Drive. Our experienced team specializes in heating and air conditioning installations, repairs, maintenance, filter changes, and system cleanings.
